"Das Haus"
The home was refurbished comprehensively and completed in 2024. Featuring high quality interiors across three levels, it is perfect for your friends and family to spent relaxing days in our beautiful Palatinate countryside.
The design was inspired by the landscape and its colours, using only natural materials and a lot of attention to detail. It offers a tranquil setting within the small town of Deidesheim, just a few minutes walk from its historic centre.
Open-plan Kitchen
The first floor features an open-plan kitchen with an island and a large dining table.
The kitchen is equipped with a wine cooler, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a stovetop, an egg cooker, a soda maker, an ice cube maker, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
A wide range of dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, and pans are also provided.
The ground floor features a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.
Living Room
The cozy living room with a wood burning stove, smart TV, Sonos audio system, and fast Wi-Fi is connected to the kitchen and dining area, creating a spacious, welcoming feel.
Bedroom 1
Located on the raised ground floor, the cozy bedroom is connected to an ensuite bathroom with a combined bath and shower.
The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a high quality pocket-sprung mattress and a variety of pillows and blankets for a comfortable night's sleep.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is located directly next door to bedroom 1.
Equipped with a four-poster double bed with a high-quality pocket-sprung mattress and a variety of pillows and blankets, it ensures a restful night's sleep and dreams.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is located in the loft.
It is also furnished with a double bed with a pocket-sprung mattress and various pillows and blankets.
Ensuite Bathroom
This bathroom is accessible from Bedroom 1.
It is equipped with a shower/bathtub combination, toilet, hairdryer, towels, scales, and a vanity mirror.
Bathroom with Sauna
The second bathroom is also located on the raised ground floor and is accessible via the hallway.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rain shower, sauna, separate toilet, hairdryer, towels, a wooden stool, and a vanity mirror.
Gallery in the Loft
The loft features a light-filled, open gallery with a sofa, coffee table, games, and books.
From the gallery, you can access the large roof terrace.
Study
On the first floor, there is a quiet study with a desk.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
Guest-WC
On the first floor there is a guest toilet with a small sink.
Roof Terrace
The spacious roof terrace is equipped with a parasol, comfortable chairs and a large dining table.
Wood Burning Stove
The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere in the living room on the first floor during the winter months.
